Responsibilities:

- Collaborate to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize diverse channels for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct thorough technical screenings and assessments.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates.
- Submit candidates to ATS and keep them updated of the hiring process.
Requirements:

- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation
This role is freelance and compensated through a profitsharing model. Generous percentage.
