Requirements

• Working on a varied caseload of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions corporate restructuring MBOs and share schemes.
  
• Advising clients on corporate governance matters.
  
• Advising on commercial contracts and terms of business.
  
• Advising partners on opportunities to add value to the client experience and improve profitability for the team.
  
• Supervise junior members of the team
  
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
