About the Role
Newly hired production team members are tasked with aiding in the preparation and construction of electronic table games. Joining the production team means collaborating with production and quality managers to ensure games are assembled to high standards within deadlines. This position presents an exciting chance for those eager to begin their journey in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to prepare game stations centers and components within the designated timeline to ensure successful quality inspection after assembly.
- Coordinate with the production manager to source components in the required sequence that aligns with customer specifications for initial quality testing.
- Execute additional components for play stations and centers under the guidance of senior production managers or leads.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered throughout the production process.
- Assist production management in documenting and logging incoming parts components and software versions utilized in the production process.
- Analyze records and suggest corrective measures for reported nonusable defective parts and any unusual issues with gaming assets.
- Scrutinize records for accuracy of information and adherence to established procedures and verify the precision of serial numbers and adequacy of stock levels.
- Adhere to procedures and follow guidance from the production manager quality manager and senior production leads.
Requirements
- Preferably possess a high school diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Prior experience in manufacturing assembly or electronics is desirable.
- Must hold the necessary license and certification mandated by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
- Capable of problemsolving following instructions and collaborating within a team.
- Demonstrates strong motivation and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment while actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
