Production ManagerNight Shift Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all production activities on the night shift ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes and meet production goals
• Supervise and train production staff ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices
• Monitor and yze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to support production needs
• Maintain a clean and organized production facility to meet health and safety regulations
• Prepare production reports and present performance metrics to senior management
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Proven experience in a production management role preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication ss
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking ss
• Knowledge of production processes quality control and safety standards

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience managing production operations on a night shift
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a production setting
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food and beverage production
