Outside Sales Representative Responsible for Long Island Yonkers NY
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with existing customers within an igned territory. This role will focus on selling a wide range of products including welders frame racks lifts rivet guns and ADAS systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair processes handson experience or sales experience in the industry and a proven ability to manage customer relationships using CRM software.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or handson experience in the automotive repair industry.
- Knowledge of Products: Strong understanding of automotive repair equipment particularly welders frame racks lifts rivet guns and ADAS systems.
- Sales Ss: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to explain complex technical products and solutions to a nontechnical audience.
- CRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads sales activities and customer relationships.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation ss.
- SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and time management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the igned territory to meet with customers as well as occasional travel for trade shows and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling automotive repair equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong network and relationships within the automotive repair industry.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and trends related to ADAS calibration systems.
