Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping skills to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our business and requires a highly organized detailoriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the management team including scheduling meetings preparing reports and handling correspondence.

Manage accounts payable and receivable using bookkeeping software.

Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.

Coordinate office activities and operations while adhering to company policies.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (email letters packages etc.)

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

Create and update records and databases with personnel financial and other data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Experience in bookkeeping or related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
