About the Company:

Savoy Sharm Group is a renowned hospitality company known for its luxurious resorts and exceptional service. With multiple properties in the Sharm El Sheikh area we strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

As the Duty Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will lead a team of staff members handle guest inquiries and complaints and ensure that all departments are working together efficiently to provide a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all departments within the resort including Front Office Housekeeping Food and Beverage and Security.
Train and develop staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
Monitor and maintain the resorts facilities ensuring they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
Handle guest inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the smooth operation of all departments by maintaining communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
Prepare reports on resort operations guest feedback and revenue performance for management.
Oversee the scheduling of staff members and ensure adequate coverage for all departments.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles.
Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
