Job title:Sales Executive

Flexibility: Hybrid working with flexible hours

Reporting to: Director of Sales

Location: WFH/The Office based in Union Square New York

The role:

As a Sales Executive you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the growth and success of Tangle Teezers business. Your attention to detail and organization as well as excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team as well as liaising with our wonderful retail partners.


In this role youll get to:

  • Gain exposure to a variety of mass drug fashion and professional partners that carry our hairbrushes.
  • Work with the account managers to support toptier customers that are growing at a rapid pace. This role will likely also have a few select customers of their own to develop.
  • Learn to use retailer portals for weekly sales & inventory reporting.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and operations to meet deadlines and ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with EPD/NPD team for onhand samples and send them out before customer sales meetings.
  • Maintain and update internal databases ensuring accurate and uptodate customer information.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
  • Assist in supporting the Sales team with daytoday ad hoc tasks including but not limited to new item setup forms

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable collaborative ambitious professional and fun. Check those boxes and youll fit right in.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Beneficial but not essential is a bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
  • Bonus for working in the beauty industry previously
