- Ensuring Legal Compliances policies and actions are adhered
- Monitor Maintain and take responsibility of the internal HR systems and databases (HRMS)
- Ensure Statutory Compliances in HR
- Internal & External Audits
- Global Payroll Management
- Data Management and Analytics
- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Manage background verification system globally
Requirements
- Minimum proven experience of about 1820 years in HR Recruitment & Operations
- Being an Individual contributor and may have reportees but is expected to own large aspects of operations depending on the skills possessed
- Handson experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
