Overview
As a recruiter you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing interviewing and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organizations staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- have extensive experience working on salesforce dot net QA requirements
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and to provide updates on the recruitment process
- Collaborate with departments to forecast future hiring needs
- Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process
- Network and build longlasting relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Maintain candidate databases and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient workflow
- Stay uptodate with current recruiting methods best practices and industry trends
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events
- Prepare and present regular recruiting reports to management
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and ethical hiring practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a recruiter (either inhouse or a staffing agency)
- Demonstrable experience in fullcycle recruiting sourcing and employer branding
- Solid understanding of HR policies and practices
- Familiarity with social media professional networks and online recruiting tools
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting targets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g. PHR or SHRMCP) is a plus
- Experience in technical recruiting is advantageous
