Hello professionals
Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Ambattur Chennai
Shift timing: 7.30 pm to 4.00 am IST
Jr recruiter with 0.6 to 1.5 years experienced candidate in needed.
Freasher with good communication can work as a intern for 3 months and get into fulltime after they served the internernship period (paid internship).
Job desription:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter preferably in the US market.
- Strong knowledge in sourcing screening nagotiation and onboarding formalities.
- Indepth knowledge of IT roles technologies and technical skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) ceipal and other recruitment software like monster LinkedIn Dice CB Techfetch....etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
