Key Responsibilities:
- Creating job descriptions and job specifications
- Posting job openings on job boards and social media
- Screening resumes and application forms
- Conducting interviews
- Assessing candidates relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Providing analytical and well documented hiring reports to the rest of the team

- Managing the onboarding process for the new hires
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Experience with various interview formats including phone screenings and structured interviews
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decisionmaking skills
