Key Responsibilities:

• Creating job descriptions and job specifications
• Posting job openings on job boards and social media
• Screening resumes and application forms
• Conducting interviews
• Assessing candidates relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Providing analytical and well documented hiring reports to the rest of the team
• Promoting company s reputation as best place to work
• Managing the onboarding process for the new hires
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Experience with various interview formats including phone screenings and structured interviews
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decisionmaking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
