Junior SAP FICO SD Consultant

1. Tittle SAP FICO Junior.

2. Working Time: Office hours Monday to Friday (Weekend can be needed offsite ad hoc basis during month and quarter end).

3. Startdate: asap after pass interview

4. Duration: immediate signing 6 months

5. Interview: 01 round

6. Onsite Location: Song Hanh Hanoi Highway Thu Duc

7. Eng: Communicative English

Scope of Work:

Level 1 support for SAP operation including all SAP modules( mainly FICOSD) and SAP Integrated systems. Playing roles as main PIC for coordination from business to L2 Consultant team

Support Administration tasks using Governance Risk Compliance SAP system. Addressing new user request alternation of roles and authorization

Escalation PIC for urgent issue ( mainly FICOSD)

Follow and and ensure vendor complied with Agreed SLA

Understand folow AMS how the system works

Receive end user requests

Log ticket processing

Talk to L2 if it cant be dealt with
