Are you a seasoned Lean Manager ready to propel your career forward We're partnered with a leading global electronics repair and service provider offering a prime opportunity for growth including team leadership and significant internal influence as part of the site management team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze opportunities for substantial process improvement prioritizing based on maximum impact.
• Take a leading handson role alongside the Leadership team to define and develop lean improvement plans for critical business processes.
• Oversee the implementation of process enhancements ensuring project deliverables timelines and stakeholder management are on point.
• Ensure all process adjustments adhere strictly to the Quality Management System and comply with health and safety requirements.
• Analyze the current status of project initiatives providing stakeholders with comprehensive reports and developing an overarching plan aligned with business objectives.

What you’ll need:

• Experience delivering lean/six sigma continuous improvement projects.
• Proven experience leading key site projects from conception to fullscale implementation.
• Familiarity with adapting and automating visual and manual inspection processes within logistics environments preferably in technical services such as robotics/AI pharmaceuticals shipping automotive aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
