Job Description

Overview:

We at The Mentors Circle have entire dedicated support from different Universities and colleges from abroad that help us in delivering the best services directly to our students. We let our students talk to the counsellors directly that helps in knowing which course and college/university are best for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in live chat conversations with customers to address inquiries resolve complaints and provide product or service information
  • Offer prompt and accurate support during the online customer journey ensuring a positive experience
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively understand and address customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with other support teams to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Proactively identify and report recurring customer issues to contribute to continuous improvement
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot basic technical problems
  • Adhere to company guidelines and policies while interacting with customers
  • Multitask effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role
  • Proficiency in typing and keyboard skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Good understanding of customer satisfaction principles
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Experience with live chat support software or related technologies (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to different personality types and handle challenging situations with resilience
  • Basic understanding of technical products and ability to troubleshoot common issues
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong multitasking ability to handle multiple chat conversations concurrently with efficiency
