Role Summary
We are seeking a pionate and motivated Retail Sales Account Support tp join our dynamic sales team. This role supports the Business Development Manager (BDM) in driving sales and strategies managing key accounts and contributing to the overall growth of the business. The Ideal candidate will ahve a strong background in sales excellent communication ss and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the BDM to meet and exceed sales margin and product mix targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders existing accounts and new clients.
Client Communication: Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Account Management: Monitor sales performance for each account addressing issues and opportunities as they arise.
New Business Development: Proactively attract and secure new customers including engaging in cold calling and outreach activities.
Operational Support: ist with clerical duties to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Research & Relationship Building: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and elish new business relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in a sales role preferably within the trade and industrial sector.
Business Aen: Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to influence and negotiate with trade partners.
Communication Ss: Excellent verbal and written communication ss with a focus on client interaction and relationship management.
Proactivity & Work Ethic: Demonstrated proactive attitude strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Organisational Ss: Outstanding organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Technology Proficiency: Competent in using technology including computer literacy and professional phone etiquette.
