Responsibilities

• Assess student progress provide constructive feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop crosscurricular initiatives and promote a rich learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance behaviour and academic achievements.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians providing regular updates on students progress.
• Participate in school events staff meetings and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a French/Spanish teacher ideally in a secondary school setting.
• Indepth knowledge of the French/Spanish language culture and curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students parents and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying uptodate with educational advancements.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and relevant teaching qualifications (QTS PGCE etc.).
