Customer Service Operations Specialist

Location: Manchester

Job Type: Fulltime Monday to Friday

Job Description: As a Customer Service Operations Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our customers handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and issues via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products services and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently escalating complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and highquality customer support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferably in a phone support capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
