Job Overview: Due to significant growth we are seeking an Operations Performance Manager to join our expanding team! This is a fantastic chance to become part of an organisation making a meaningful impact within the community.
As the Operations Performance Manager for our Skills Division you will oversee and enhance operational performance in an education and training environment across various funding streams and sectors. Your role will include developing managing and implementing performance measures and KPIs to ensure revenue and budget objectives are achieved aligning with business and contractual targets for both new and existing teams and departments.
A key responsibility will be driving improvement strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable growth while reducing expenses annually. You will lead departmental teams to consistently deliver highquality adult training programmes adhering to newly established systems processes procedures and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operational teams including staff appraisals mentoring and performance management collaborating with the quality team to ensure continuous improvements.
- Conduct regular oneonone reviews with the delivery team ensuring all KPIs are met and producing accurate and timely visual reports and dashboards on key performance data.
- Implement high standards of learner support including robust Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) ensuring a highquality learner journey throughout the department.
- Produce timely and accurate Management Information (MI) including learner progress data to guide departmental activities towards financial and quality targets.
- Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all work aspects in line with the company s quality assurance procedures and systems.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Adult Learning sector in a similar role with knowledge of AEB/ASFfunded provision.
- Proven track record in managing operational performance within a highperforming team.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and the ability to use online learner tracking and learning platforms to drive performance.
- Relevant qualifications in Management or Teaching are desirable.
