As an Installation Manager you will manage solar system installations in customer homes responsibility of subcontractors and meet the project time line per project.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise all installation project activities to ensure highquality efficient installation while maintaining high customer satisfaction & on time delivery with excellence
• Supervising a number of installation sites in parallel providing immediate response and finding a solution to problems that arise during installation.
• Accompanying and managing the customers starting from the sales stage to connecting an IEC with an emphasis on determining the system configuration in the site survey with the customer managing the installation teams and controlling work processes.
• The job is dynamic in all parts of the country it requires transport guidance training and supervision of technicians

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in Solar installations Must
• Practical Electrical engineering and / or certified engineer or electrician Must
• Experience in providing service to private clients Must
• Drivers License Must
• Proven experience in project management Advantage
• Located in central Israel Advantage
• Employment experience from large companies Advantage
• Experience in CRM and ERP system Advantage
• Previous management experience Advantage
