Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Architect Designer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in architectural design project management and collaboration with a dynamic team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our senior architects to contribute to and development of architectural designs.
- Prepare detailed drawings blueprints and specifications using AutoCAD or other relevant software. Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends materials and technologies. Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Create detailed plans for the construction project.
- Present drawings and plans for approval.
- Perform Practical reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules regulations and bylaws.
- Study the environmental impacts of the construction process and work to ease any environmental risks.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Any relevant certifications or memberships in architectural from NIT Institute.
- Contribute to architectural designs and incorporate innovative ideas.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD SketchUp Revit) to create detailed designs.
- Prepare project documentation including drawings and presentations.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an architecture program.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical designs.
- Uptodate knowledge of construction and building codes
