Field Sales Representative

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales with at least 12 years of experience in a field sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Expectations:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs provide product demonstrations and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports forecasts and feedback to management.
