Job Summary

• Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Antiterrorism LVL I and II
• Senior Management Course
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Kuwaiti Drivers License

Experience

Ten (10) years of Operations experience in the development of plans Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Experience in a Deployed Status a plus.

Skills

Interpersonal managerial organizational technical leadership mentoring coaching team building negotiation and conflict resolution skills and both written and verbal communications.

Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities

Management of the Security Administration Department and the J2/KMOD Badging Department.
