About the Job

In this role you will play a vital role in securing successful operations across all of our SEA accounts. Next to managing your own accounts you will be in charge of performance monitoring and issue resolution across the SEA team by ensuring successful prioritization delegation and seamless communication within the team. Youll work closely with the Head of Marketing and proactively contribute to achieving vertical and marketing OKRs.

These tasks motivate you

• You maintain a comprehensive overview of current priorities performance issues and planned actions across all SEA accounts
• You ensure efficient allocation and prioritization of tasks across the SEA team to achieve high performance across all of our SEA accounts
• You collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Vertical Manager on the overall SEA strategy OKR planning and alignment within the vertical team
• You manage and optimize your own SEA accounts by executing tests collecting and analyzing data as well as identifying trends and insights
• You drive knowledge sharing and collaboration within the SEA and the vertical team by proactively sharing meaningful performance insights opportunities and new SEA features
• You collaborate closely with the Sales team and flag opportunities for negotiations as well as other SEA specific vertical findings

That is what youve got

• You have at least 2 5 years of professional work experience with a focus on search engine marketing
• You have excellent knowledge of technologies used in the SEA context (SEMrush Google Sheets Excel smart bidding etc.)
• You are fluent in German and have a good understanding of English experience in running SEM campaigns in other languages is a plus
• You have exceptional analytical skills to conduct root cause analyses and understand relevant KPIs
• You are resultsoriented and have the ability to break down complex structures
• You are an effective and proactive communicator and enjoy collaborating with other teams
• Ideally you have gained first experience in mentoring more junior colleagues and are looking to advance your leadership skills
