Job Description: Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant*

*Job Description:*
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing customizing and optimizing CRM solutions particularly within the real estate industry. This role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance operational efficiency customer retention and overall business performance through the effective utilization of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
*Responsibilities:*
Lead and execute endtoend Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and increasing customer retention.
Customize and configure CRM systems to meet the specific requirements of the real estate firm including designing workflows business processes and entity customizations.
Provide comprehensive user training ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure seamless adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and stakeholders to deliver tailored and scalable CRM solutions within project timelines.
Mentor and coach junior consultants providing guidance on best practices technical solutions and effective project management methodologies.
*Requirements:*
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
35 years of experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
Proficiency in deployment troubleshooting and production support for CRM applications.
Experience in developing complex applications on the Dynamics 365 CE/CRM platform including customization of entities and clientside JavaScript.
Familiarity with web development skills such as HTML XML JavaScript and Visual Studio.
Strong communication collaboration and leadership skills.
Ability to convert client requirements and functional specifications into technical designs with effort estimation and development.
Experience in DevOps pipeline deployment and familiarity with tools such as Power BI Reports Power Automate and Power Apps.
