The Sales Support Officer is responsible for liaising between several departments in the company while making sure commercial targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Departments in reaching monthly targets
- Achieve monthly Sales Support Target through Client retention/ reactivation
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through daily follow ups
- Train clients face to face or on the phone
- Create weekly / daily / quarterly Progress Report to the Global head of Retail sales support
- Achieve a daily number of calls target
- Manage Clients who opted for Marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Answer all clients sales queries by email, phone, face to face
- Update the CRM regularly .
- Solve all sales support related Zendesk Tickets.
- Answer all sales support phone inquiries
- Meet walk-in clients and assist them accordingly.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Marketing/Logistics / Administration
