Tasks

• Provide valuable input to the creation of template contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborate with the legal team to review contracts identifying potential risks and proposing necessary revisions.
• Stay informed about regulatory developments that may affect the Austrian business landscape and provide advice to the General Counsel accordingly.
• Assist in compliance matters including GDPR whistleblowing procedures conflicts of interest anti policies and other relevant regulations.
• Act as the owner of the contract management system for Austria ensuring its efficiency and accuracy in storing and retrieving contracts.
• Support in standard corporate law and governance matters such as the taking of minutes during meetings and preparation of necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Austria
• Completed Bachelors degree in Law Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Prior experience working in a legal environment preferably in a corporate setting.
