Tasks

• Curriculum Design: Set the focus of training courses based on our methodology in collaboration with our risk and pharma experts select appropriate training methods and define clear learning objectives to guide the development and delivery of educational content
• Content Design & Oversight: Develop content aligned with the learning objectives supervise its progression through different stages with inhouse designers and foster collaboration within teams to achieve desired results
• Success Measurement: Design and implement frameworks to measure the success and efficiency of our learning content. Your analytical skills will ensure our programs not only meet objectives but also offer measurable value to our users and customers
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate targeted feedback sessions with customers and partners to understand their needs and experiences. Leverage these insights to dynamically refine and enhance our training content ensuring they consistently meet and exceed expectations

Requirements

• A strong 5 years foundation in developing educational programs and / or background as a professional trainer
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a knack for fostering collaboration and innovation within teams
• Strong experience in creating and implementing success measurement frameworks
• Strong ability to conduct interviews with the target audience and translate insights into actionable strategies
• A Bachelor or Masters degree in Education / Training or a related field
