What You Will Do:

• Lead Group Innovation Projects: Spearhead initiatives from ideation to execution aligning with our strategic goals to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop minimum viable products and ensure successful project transition into our business areas.
• Cultivate Innovation: Moderate exchanges between innovators support business area projects through research and coordination and communicate successes to inspire across Axpo.

What You Bring & Who You Are:

• Masters degree in engineering or natural sciences. Businessrelated education is an advantage.
• 46 years in research development strategy project management or innovation. Energy industry experience is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical conceptual thinking and quick learning abilities. A team player with excellent communication and networking skills. A proactive solutionoriented approach with the ability to adapt swiftly.
• Skilled in coordinating internal and external stakeholders and leading project teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in German and English is required. Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g. Italian Spanish French) is beneficial for international coordination.
