Tasks
- Lead as the Global Process Owner for SAP FI and HCM ensuring alignment and harmonization across business units.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement SAP solutions that meet real business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FI and HCM to optimize financial and HR processes.
- Manage the integration of SAP FI with different SAP modules
- Lead innovative projects that drive process automation and business efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions and empower key users to master the SAP ecosystem.
- Oversee SAP lifecycle management and coordinate external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 5 years of SAP experience especially in SAP FI with handson experience in system integration.
- Ideally youll also have experience in SAP HCM and a strong understanding of integrated financial business processes.
- A proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Experience working on large multisite international projects you thrive in complex fastpaced environments.
- Fluent English communication skills
