Job Description
LIGENTEC is a fastgrowing European company with headquarter in Lausanne Switzerland. Since 2021 we expanded our manufacturing capabilities by creating LIGENTEC France in the South of Paris. We specialize in the design & manufacturing of Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for customers in hightech areas such as Quantum Technologies LiDAR Space Technologies and Biosensors.
LIGENTEC AllNitride (AN) technology enables our customers to develop their products in the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

To support our continued growth we are looking for a:
**Project Manager Integrated Photonics
**
The purpose of this position is to provide an excellent customer experience by acting at the interface between the customer and the internal engineering teams.
Tasks
- Cultivating positive customer relationships and being the customer interface
- Translate customer needs into workable solutions.
- Discuss and define SoW with customers and internal stakeholders
- Create project plans SoW documents effort estimation and commercial proposals
- Provide technical customer support during the whole sales cycle from presales to aftersales.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and R&D to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project partners
Requirements
- Highly customer and solutionoriented mindset.
- 5 years experience in integrated optics or PhD in integrated optics
- Industry experience in process integration integrated photonics or industrial project management
- Proven track record of meeting project targes in dynamic environment
- Previous customer interaction
- Handson experience with integrated photonics software tools is a plus
- Excellent technical problemsolving skills
- Open minded communicative critical and innovative
- Flexible in working on different tasks and with different teams
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Working proficiency in English.
