Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Procurement project leads and executive stakeholders to shape the strategic direction and associated product roadmap.
- Lead a highperforming team of product owners technical experts etc.
- Be part of the Group Applications leadership team.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Procurement IT systems/products with focus on digitalization and automation.
- Ensure stable operations for services in scope.
- Ensure seamless endtoend integration with other projects and programs.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for effective risk management quality control and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies procedures and regulations related to data privacy and security.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration Computer Science & Business Informatics or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience in leading Procurement IT teams working in a matrix setup.
- Excellent communication skills strategic thinking and ability to build strong relationships.
- Solid understanding of Procurement IT tools solutions architecture methodologies and processes.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Willingness to travel to Spain several times per year.
Personal Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading crossfunctional teams and delivering largescale projects/programs.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP/Ariba in the Procurement IT domain with focus on complex IT projects or initiatives.
- Experience in organizational change management and user adoption.
