RD Specialist

JOB SCOPE

• Evaluate and Qualify New Raw Materials: Take charge of assessing and approving new raw materials and suppliers.
• Coordinate Procurement Support: Assist the Procurement team in selecting and sourcing suppliers ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
• Prepare NPD Documents: Develop detailed documentation for new products and raw materials including specifications and change requests.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Verify that new products adhere to all relevant regulations including formula labeling and food safety requirements.
• Support Audit Activities: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and factory systems.
• Other Assigned Tasks: Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management and team leaders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology or Food Engineering.
• Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Detailoriented and wellorganized with excellent coordination abilities.
• Experience in document management and database administration.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Research and Development.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and sourcing practices preferred.
• Capable of effectively communicating with suppliers and resolving issues.
