Technical Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively managing all servicerelated technical matters.
• Technical Problem Handling: Monitor and address technical car problems in HCMC and Hanoi providing efficient solutions.
• Technician Team Support: Assist the Technician team with fault diagnostics to streamline operations.
• Urgent Assistance: Act as a flying doctor to provide urgent diagnostics support in critical cardown situations.
• Efficient Ticket Handling: Manage technical tickets from all branches ensuring rapid response and feedback from headquarters.
• Regular Updates: Provide timely updates on common technical car issues to the After Sales team including Technical Issue Monitoring reports.
• Quality Reporting: Report common technical problems.
• Miscellaneous Support: Undertake miscellaneous tasks and ad hoc assignments to support smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Technical degree holder.
  • Indepth knowledge of vehicle systems and technologies.
  • 2 years of experience working as a Technician.
  • Strong vehicle diagnostic skills.
