Job Description: CRM Dynamics Senior Technical Lead
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead with expertise in CRM Dynamics to join our team. As a Senior Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading the CRM Dynamics team overseeing the development and implementation of CRM solutions and managing the overall CRM strategy for our project. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 to 12 years of handson experience with CRM Dynamics a strong background in software development along with team leading skills and should have exposure to Agile Software Development practices. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the CRM Dynamics team providing technical guidance mentoring and support to team members.
Oversee the design development customization and implementation of CRM Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders developers system architects and system administrators to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain CRM Dynamics best practices standards and guidelines for application development and customization.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in CRM Dynamics architecture integrations and system enhancements.
Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and drive quality assurance practices within the CRM Dynamics team.
Monitor and manage the performance availability and scalability of CRM Dynamics application and infrastructure.
Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the CRM strategy aligning it with business goals and objectives.
Provide leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the CRM Dynamics ecosystem. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 10 to 12 years of handson experience in CRM Dynamics including development customization and implementation.
Strong knowledge of CRM Dynamics architecture modules and customization capabilities
. Proficient in CRM Dynamics Java Script C#plugins PCF controls web resources. React HTML CSS
Proven experience in leading and managing CRM Dynamics projects and teams.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology in software development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Relevant certifications in CRM Dynamics (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are a plus.
