Job Description

  • Providing support to management and employees executing talent strategy throughout the year;

  • Arranging for the joining formalities (preparing for forms induction manual) and sending the information and other relevant documents to the concerned department for further processing

  • Make the new joiners comfortable by introducing him/her to the Firm and apprising him/her of the practices procedures and policies at the Firm.

  • Maintaining Employee Files & Employee Database

  • Creating Employee credentials & maintaining leave records on ERP

  • Leave & Attendance Management

  • Setting up monitoring and tracking employee probationary periods developing reports.on late coming and absences.

  • Taking care of annual appraisal performance review talent review and promotion

    processes;

  • Preparation of HRrelated documents like Appraisal Letters and NonDisclosure

    Agreement.

  • Assisting Accounts Department in Calculation of Billing Bonuses and Increments etc.

  • Preparation of Work Profiles of Staff and Write Ups for the Lawyers.

  • Initiating Team Building by way of organizing for Get Together on festivals and

    occasions Retreats and off sites etc.

  • Initiating and Implementing Reward and Recognition programme for staff and associates.

  • Handling employee’s grievances and escalating the same to the Management.

  • Suggesting scope of improvements in procedures and policies that affect the Firm and

    Human Resources and Preparing SOP’s.

  • Preparing monthly HR MIS Report covering all the abovementioned aspects for the HR

    department

  • Providing full HR support to Branch offices

  • Handling the exit process of employees/professionals.

    Skill Set Required

  • Good communication skills

  • Responsible attitude and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and active listening skills

  • Selfmotivated and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Basic Understanding of HR processes concerning statutory compliances employee

    related policies and other employment laws

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel Power point and Word.

    Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
