Traveling Project Superintendent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. As a Project Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all onsite construction activities including subcontractors and field personnel
Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with plans specifications and applicable building codes
Develop and maintain project schedules coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Monitor project progress identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Collaborate with project managers architects engineers and other stakeholders to resolve any design or constructionrelated issues
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team fostering a positive work environment
Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities including daily reports change orders and RFIs
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest level of workmanship

Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes techniques and materials
Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera ProCore HeavyBid Prolog Bluebeam
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and other construction documents
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
