Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate electrical projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation with commercial and MultiUnit residential facilities project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Duties:**

Manage and coordinate electrical projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.

Interpret and apply relevant building codes such as the NEC to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Oversee the installation of electrical systems including wiring circuit breakers and electrical panels.

Collaborate with architects engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure that electrical designs and installations meet project requirements.

Conduct site visits to inspect and evaluate the quality of electrical work.

Ensure that all electrical work follows applicable electrical codes and industry standards.

Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that electrical materials and labor are procured promptly and costeffectively.

Manage and maintain project records and documentation including blueprints schematics and electrical diagrams.

Coordinate with the construction team to ensure electrical installations are integrated into the overall build process.

Develop and maintain a project management system including software like ProCore to track project progress and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status.

Ensure that all electrical projects are completed under the project budget and timeline.

**Skills:**

Strong background in electrical and project management.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and electrical diagrams.

Knowledge of relevant building codes including the NEC.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Experience with electrical construction and installation practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all electrical work is completed following industry standards.
