Implementation Consultant

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team on a remote basis. This position is open to applicants located within the United States only.

As an Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their business needs configure our software solutions to meet those needs and provide training and support throughout the implementation process. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring that the implementation is successful and meets all project milestones and requirements.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Conducting business analysis and requirements gathering with clients to understand their needs and objectives

Configuring our software solutions to meet client specifications and requirements

Providing training and support to clients throughout the implementation process

Managing project timelines and ensuring all milestones are met

Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in software implementation and client management excellent communication and problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project management methodologies and software tools is highly preferred.

To be considered for this position candidates must have a bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of 35 years of experience in software implementation or consulting roles. Experience working with remote teams and clients is a plus.
