As a Senior Technical Product Manager (m/f/x) you will be driving the evolution and success of our technical solutions as well as the CLARK platform and tools to empower long lasting customer relationships and operational efficiency.
Your main tasks will include:
- Planning coordinating and monitoring new product solutions in multidisciplinary project teams for our european business units
- Defining prioritizing and analyzing product metrics and reconciling business goals user needs and implementation efforts to shape requirements features and products
- Gathering evaluating and categorizing external and internal customers insights
- Working closely with sales service and development teams to create and improve customizable and reusable products and services for our business units
- Developing a tech vision for central components of our european system landscape that guides your product roadmap
What we look for:
- Strong tech and product background with at least 5 years of experience in agile product management (ideally in building and scaling backend and B2B systems at a FinTech / InsurTech)
- Experience with defining technical components and interfaces and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce and Zendesk)
- Strong stakeholder management skills in order to translate business objectives into tech requirements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills so that you can build strong relationships within a crossfunctional team and beyond
- A structured and resultsoriented mindset with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects while sticking to realistic goals and timelines
- Excellent English and German language skills (both verbally and written)
