Responsibilities
1. Assist in Sourcing Activities:
Support procurement Officer in identifying potential suppliers obtaining quotes and conducting market research to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
3. Supplier Communication:
Communicate with suppliers regarding order status delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Foster positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends track key performance indicators and support decisionmaking processes within the procurement team.
6. Documentation and RecordKeeping:
Maintain organized records of procurement activities including contracts purchase orders invoices and correspondence with suppliers.

Collaborate with other departments such as finance operations and logistics to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational objectives.
