Job Description

Our Client is the largest and the first licensed on/offramp platform for stablecoins in Africa. They are dedicated to offering innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space. Our client is committed to making stablecoins accessible and understandable for everyone providing their customers with secure and userfriendly platforms for their financial transactions.


Role Overview

Working with existing clients as a Commercial Trader you should provide excellent customer service maintain the image and vision of the organization and achieve the revenue goals of the company. An outstanding Commercial Trader should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction and possess excellent interpersonal skills.


Top candidates are clear communicators who are highly selfmotivated; eager to collaborate exchange knowledge and apply new skills to proactively seek out weaknesses in the environment.


Job Type: Fulltime

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience working in B2B technology or financial services relationship management
  • Have to have an entrepreneurial mind
  • Able to communicate crossfunctionally with Accounting Customer Support Compliance and Others.
  • A proactive resultsdriven person
  • Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors
  • Able to help with day to day operations for their manager
  • Timemanagement and organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to work under pressure particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow revenue with previously established relationships with institutional clients;
  • Execute trades in close collaboration with others;
  • Keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record keeping processes are followed
  • Adhere to all risk management policies and processes including financial exposure limits and compliance requirements
