Job Description
Tasks
responsible for leading 3 Foreman and 30 hourly Machinist in a nonunion machining environment
responsible for scheduling work schedule deliveries in shop
sub out work (plating) order tooling and problem solving on the floor (they have 20 CNC mills and lathes)
Requirements
plastic injection mold machine shop
5 years leadership
