Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with they key stakeholders of the organization to identify staffing needs and the selection criteria
- Role wise recruitment strategy to meet the requirements of the organization.
- Roles to be hired for include tech and non tech ones
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
- Coordination and working with different agencies including onboarding for our hiring needs
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Work closely with managers & founders to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of Experience in Recruitment Staffing Talent Acquisition
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment with sharp recruitment deadlines and multiple managers
- Prioritization skills and the ability to multitask
- Competency in maintaining confidential information
- Immediate joiners preferred
