Accountabilities • Act as a key bridge for the team. • Liaise and support the Facilities maintenance team at site and in the office with maintenance and facilities related activities. • Creation of work orders in Facilities Management System (FMS) • Liaising and following up with the team with regards to various support, the team could need from site or from the building owners office. • Liaising and following up with internal departments. • Liaising and following up with service providers and owner maintenance staff on the completion of work orders assigned. • Drafting of letters / communications for the officers and Managers. • Accounting, allocating and distributing various devices and systems. • Preparation of reports for the facilities team at site and within the office. • Prepare schedule for team to carry out building inspections, preventive maintenance, AC servicing and other maintenance related activities. • Performs other related duties such as reports and follow ups, as assigned, to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
