Responsiblity: • Developing newcurricula with the help of teachers, students, and otherstaff. • Networking and building professionalrelationships with members of the institution and thecommunity. • Monitoring the progress of new andexisting teaching methods. • Closely evaluatingresults at the end of each quarter and writing up progressreports. • Supervising all faculty recruitmentand vetting prospective teachers. • Identifyingareas for improvement and scheduling workshops for new and existingstaff.
