Desde la Divisón de Tax & Legal Services de Robert Walters buscamos un/a Abogado/a Cororate M&A para importante firma ubicada en Madrid.
Funciones:
- Asesorarmiento en operaciones de M&A, reorganización societaria y secretaría legal de sociedades, para todo tipo de empresas y entidades de inversión, tanto nacionales como internacionales.
Requisitos:
- Grado/Licenciatura en Derecho o Derecho y ADE.
- Experiencia mínima de 5/7 años en la materia
- Master de acceso a la abogacía.
- Excelencia técnica en el asesoramiento en M&A
- Nivel muy alto de inglés hablado y escrito.
