Job Description
Corporate Client Servicing role Into B2B model.
Candidate will be managing existing clients of Financial Institution Group who are mainly NBFCs HFCs MFI SFBs Coop Banks etc. within East zone.
Building up strong relationship with the junior middle & senior management of clients by meeting them personally and frequently.
Addressing & solving their queries in a productive manner by coordinating with Operations Claims team and all other departments at HO.
Prepare maintain and share relevant trackers on business volume projections and product details with HO teams which will change from time to time.
Ensuring growth in business
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Gender Female candidates only Experience required
Minimum 2 years into operations.
Education Any graduate (No Arts background) with throughout 60% academic score.
Other Skills Required: Good communication skills excellent relationship and Grievance handling capabilities Excel knowledge and other relevant skills related to database management.
Industry Non BFSI only
Location Candidate should be from Kolkata or stayed and worked for more than 2 years at Kolkata
