Engineering Manager – must have but not limited to below strength
Lead project teams of 20 to 30
Expected travel activity: 30% time in a year
Geographical scope: Own country or deputation based on project requirements
Main tasks & responsibilities
1. Planning of resources time and economy according to customer requirements and ensure fulfilment of plans. Approve allocation and prioritization of key resources with line management
2. Compliance with NNE systems standards and ods as basis for and ensure proper project control is elished and in operation
3. Project leadership: In cooperation with management representative ensure that project team possesses required competencies works efficiently and ensure feedback to and development of team members
4. Stakeholder management: Ensure efficient cooperation with customer’s project team and that stakeholders especially steering committee are informed about project status challenges risks and mitigating actions
5. Sales & customer relations: Contribute to and review proposals. Support customer feedback processes. Build customer relationships and involve experts to inspire and challenge customer to find right solution
Education
1. BE/BTech in Engineering or similar
2. Project Manager education from internationally recognized project management institute like PMP certification etc.
3. Fluent in English spoken and written
Experience
1.10 years of experience. Min. 4 6 years as team lead on pharma/biotech projects or more would be an added advantage.
2. Knowledge of all project phases like CD/BD/DD CONM
3. Project leadership experience and understanding of project governance structures
4. Experience in coaching project team members

Success criteria
1. of major projects that meet customer expectations and Project success criteria as defined by steering committee
2. Ensure relevant project staffing and that project is executed efficiently
3. Ensure that opportunities to develop people and ods are integrated in project in dialogue with line managers
4. Customer & employee satisfaction score on or above target
5. Build customer relations
6. QMS and other relevant systems in compliance
Decision power
1. Responsible for projectrelated decisions within framework approved by project steering committee
2. Responsible for change orders within financial framework in QMS or agreed with project steering committee
Innovation & initiative
1. Take initiative and drive solutions to problems arising in projects
2. Drive innovation in project management working ods
3. Participate in and contribute to relevant Communities on knowledge sharing
Communication & stakeholders
Internal: Communication and coordination with Project management team or management representative project staff and major stakeholders of project
External: Communication and coordination with customer’s staff and management suppliers contractors and authorities
